Pherson is seeking a Course Development/Curriculum Designer to design and redesign classroom modules using blended learning principles, set learning objectives, develop/revise lesson plans, and refine content based on student feedback; for online learning, develops web-based training plans and interactive content with SMEs. . Location: Washington DC area Operating Hours and Expectations: This position anticipates onsite work with standard work hours, Monday-Friday.
