Pherson is seeking a Course Direction/Instruction Specialist to provide instructional support for adult learning (e.g., facilitator/role player/primary instructor as needed), observing instructors, and evaluating student drafts against tradecraft standards. This position will also coordinate and delivers high-quality classroom/blended tradecraft instruction, including lesson plans, facilitation, and feedback loops. Location: Washington DC area Operating Hours and Expectations: This position anticipates onsite work with standard work hours, Monday-Friday.
