QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must have an EdD or PhD, with a doctoral degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or a closely related field with specialized expertise in ABA. Knowledge of contemporary theoretical and practical approaches in behaviour analysis, evidence-based interventions, and their application across diverse contexts is required. A demonstrated capacity for excellence in instruction for online adult learners is essential. Successful online doctoral teaching experience is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate commitment to culturally responsive behavioral practice and an understanding of ethical considerations in ABA. Equity-deserving candidates are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of current debates, emerging trends, and contemporary issues in the field of ABA is required. Experience in facilitating critical discussions of research literature and connecting theory to practice is required. Preference will be given to applicants actively involved in current ABA research or practice who demonstrate knowledge of contemporary issues and developments in the field.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for all activities associated with the successful delivery of the course, including but not limited to: developing, preparing, and delivering the course; setting and marking examinations, assessing the academic work of students, and reporting grades.
