Description
EF Course Leader | Contractor Services Turn school holidays into an adventure Ready to swap your normal routine for sun, cities, new friends and unforgettable memories? EF Education First (EF) engages independent course leaders on a project basis to provide student support and activity coordination services during international programs operated by EF. As an independent Course Leader, you’ll travel abroad with a group of students during the school holidays and help create an amazing experience from start to finish. Trips run for 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and course — and you’ll be right in the middle of the action. You’ll spend your days exploring, organising activities, supporting students, and working with an international team. One minute you’re on a beach, the next you’re leading your group to an activity, a disco night, or the next big excursion. You’ll be part of something bigger — helping young people grow in confidence while having the time of your life too. What you’ll do (your mission): As a Course Leader, you’ll provide course leader services such as: * Travelling with your student group to/from the destination (UK, Ireland, Malta, USA, Canada, Australia, Spain, Germany or Korea) * Being a key point of support for students throughout the trip — helping them feel safe, included and confident * Working alongside EF destination teams and other Course Leaders to make sure everything runs smoothly * Helping students get involved in activities and excursions (and leading by example!) * Hosting daily student briefings after lessons (meeting points, activity options, reminders, hype-building…) * Supporting arrivals/departures and keeping basic attendance/records up to date * Helping ensure students follow safety rules and EF behaviour expectations * Supporting evening activities (yes — this can include late nights, like discos)   Who you are: You’re someone who brings great energy and can handle responsibility — even when things get busy. You are: * Fluent in Polish * Fluent in the language spoken in the destination country (e.g. English, Spanish, German or Korean) * Confident, organised and naturally good with people * Responsible, calm under pressure, and quick to problem-solve * Experienced working with young people (teacher, camp leader, scout leader, sports coach etc.) * Excited by travel and international experiences (you’ve travelled/studied/lived abroad — or you’re keen to!)   Preparation: Before travelling, selected Course Leaders will receive a project briefing covering program requirements, safety standards and logistical information. Services are provided on a freelance basis. Course Leaders are not employed by EF, are responsible for their own taxes and social security, and provide services are provided under a contractor arrangement.
