French-Speaking Male Course Manager for Residential Summer Course
Euro Languages College is looking for a French-speaking male course manager required for a residential summer course to lead our team this July and August! This role is based in Ireland and involves overseeing the entire operation of our residential French language immersion courses for secondary school students.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in French (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Experience in camp management, education, or event coordination.
• Ability to manage staff and students in a residential setting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.

Experience:

• Events management: 1 year (preferred

• Oversee the entire summer camp.
• Act as the main point of contact for staff, students, and the host college.
• Ensure the smooth running of the programme and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage and support Assistant Managers, Teachers, and Animators.
• Oversee student welfare, discipline, and health & safety protocols.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure effective communication.
• Handle logistics, scheduling, and problem resolution as needed.
