PRIMARY DETAIL • Annual base salary $ 99,161 (HEW 6, Band 1), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading • Full time, 9-month fixed term contract role • Based at Macquarie University, Wallumattagal Campus, North Ryde About the Role We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Course/Education Support Officer with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail. This role involves delivering expert guidance and operational support to academic staff, ensuring excellence in the coordination and delivery of both undergraduate and postgraduate courses within the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Human Sciences. Reporting to the Course Support Team Leader and working within a collaborative course support team, you will contribute to course quality and student experience by offering timely and accurate advice and support across all aspects of course and unit delivery. The role will be responsible for the coordination of operational and administrative support across the lifecycle of a course/courses, as well as working with academic staff to coordinate annual planning, committee meetings, timetabling and acting as a key liaison for teaching staff. This role will offer flexible working while requiring full-time on-campus presence during peak periods, which may include occasional out-of-hours commitments and Saturday work to support critical activities.
