Responsibilities: Process new and renewal bonds, riders/changes, and cancellations efficiently and accurately. Handle invoicing tasks and ensure timely delivery to clients. Conduct client and carrier phone calls, respond to letters, and emails promptly and accurately. Work independently and collaboratively within the underwriting authority of the Sureties and as assigned by the Producer/Account Executive. Utilize the Agency Management System proficiently for documentation and activity management. Coordinate daily tasks effectively and communicate with team members for seamless workflow. Maintain timely communication and responsiveness through frequent contact with customers and carriers. Manage assigned Court Bond accounts within the authority determined by the Court Bond Account Executive. Training other team members as needed. Including but not limited to administrative and account management processes. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Willing to train the right individual. Prefer 3 years of experience at a general agency with insurance account management. Property & Casualty Insurance License Required or the ability to obtain one within 60 days. Strong computer and technical skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and related software. Applied Epic a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
