Description SUMMARY: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Court Liaison to facilitate communication between the court systems, clients, and our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to ensuring that all court-related processes run smoothly and efficiently. RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the primary point of contact between the court and external parties, including attorneys, clients, and social services. Enter new cases into case management software. Attend court sessions to register new clients. Attend court sessions as needed to provide assistance and gather information. Monitor case progress and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution. Provide the court with all necessary case documentation. Assist in other company roles as needed. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license. Valid auto insurance. Reliable transportation. Clean driving history. Pass a pre-employment background check. Pass a pre-employment drug screening. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reasonable understanding of court procedures and legal terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. *Local travel is a requirement of this position. Mileage is paid accordingly.
