WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking motivated individuals who:

• Are genuinely interested in Court of Protection matters, mental capacity law, or public/human rights law;
• You will have at least 6-12 months of Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant or Paralegal experience within a public law, family law, or court of protection position;
• Have experience in tasks such as court bundle preparation, liaising with clients and counsel, and managing case files;
• Ability to show empathy and professionalism when supporting vulnerable clients;
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a wide range of individuals;
• Thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment;
