We value professionalism, responsiveness, and strong relationships with both clients and our nationwide network of court reporters and vendors. ---------------------------------------- ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Court Reporting Manager to lead our court reporting operations and support a high-performing team responsible for coordinating depositions across the country. This role plays a key part in ensuring depositions run smoothly from scheduling through transcript delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced legal services environment. ---------------------------------------- RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead and support the daily operations of the court reporting team. * Coordinate deposition scheduling and logistics nationwide. * Assign and manage court reporters and vendors. * Oversee transcript production and delivery. * Monitor reporter and vendor performance and coverage. * Maintain transcript and documentation quality control. * Manage shared inboxes and client communications. * Resolve client service issues and support client relationships. * Oversee billing, invoicing, and court reporter payroll. * Identify workflow improvements and update internal procedures. ---------------------------------------- WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. * 3+ years of customer service or client support experience. * Prior court reporting or legal services experience preferred. * 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
The manager will lead daily court reporting operations, coordinating nationwide deposition scheduling and logistics, assigning reporters, and overseeing transcript production and delivery. This includes monitoring performance, maintaining quality control, managing communications, resolving client issues, and overseeing billing and payroll functions.
