The position supports attorneys and case managers, assisting with the scheduling of hearings, management of the court docket, facilitating service of process and genetic testing. This individual reports to a Team Leader. Primary Responsibilities: Prepare legal documents at direction of attorney Schedule court dockets Prepare cases for court hearing, including copying Coordinate and monitor service of process Route court documents to appropriate case managers and attorneys Transport documents to and from court for filing, as needed Other duties as required Requirements High school diploma or equivalent At least one year’s experience in legal, government services, or similar office preferred Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities or qualification associated with the position.
