Description We are currently looking for a creative and dynamic Court Sports Concierge to join our Tennis team! Quail West is a leading private golf and country club that prides itself on providing world-class facilities for Members and their guests and an extraordinary and inclusive, yet unpretentious lifestyle. One of Southwest Florida’s most welcoming clubs, Quail West’s courses, facilities and services are shared by a limited number of members to enhance the quality of the member experience. Job Duties Include: Oversees member communication emails, creates marketing materials, and updates ForeTees app and Signera (digital marketing). Responsible for efficient and friendly customer service throughout the pro shop, accurately ringing up charges at the register and properly checking in all players prior to play. This also includes proper billing procedures as well as making sure that all standards of operation are being met. Respond to inquiries, lessons, and court reservations for Members and guests both in person and on the phone. Converse with Members and guests in a friendly manner. Focus your attention on Members and guests needs and remain calm, professional, and courteous always, even when under pressure. Maintain court sports shop and ensure it is always organized and clean, purchase and sell merchandise, and oversee court sports operations and staff to ensure proper performance. Promote the game of tennis, and pickleball and the Club while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service. Create Round Robin daily schedule as needed. Set up a ball machine for members as needed. Help with cleaning, emptying trash, picking up stray balls, and restocking of cups and towels as needed throughout the day. Help members register for CTA or Bonita League Teams. Help with event setup as needed. Requirements Qualifications: Proficiency in administrative computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook The ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Strong marketing and sales abilities Excellent customer service and skills. Consistent professional presentation and pleasant demeanor Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional time management and organizational abilities Physical Demands and Work Environment: Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, stand and lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time. Moderate noise level in the work environment. Must be able to tolerate warm temperatures outside.
Responsibilities
Manage member communications, marketing materials, and court reservations while providing high-quality customer service in the pro shop. Oversee court sports operations, including merchandise sales, facility cleanliness, and event setup for tennis and pickleball.
