Join Us as a Courtesy Clerk! We’re looking for a Courtesy Clerk to support our Front End team. If you love helping people and keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect fit! What You’ll Do: Retrieve carts all throughout the day, in all weather. Organize carts—keeping them clean and ready to go. Greet customers and help them feel welcome as they shop. Assist cashiers by bagging groceries and offering carry-out service when needed. Keep the self-checkout area tidy and jump in to help when needed. Answer phones and direct calls with a helpful, upbeat attitude. Tidy up customer areas—like restrooms and seating areas—and restock utensils and napkins. Return misplaced items to their shelves and verify prices when requested. Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns right away. Pitch in wherever needed—other tasks may be assigned by managers or leads. What You Bring: Great people skills and a team-first mindset. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Dependability and a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and take direction. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. A commitment to being on time and ready to go for every shift. Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred. 0–3 years of retail or customer service experience (grocery is a plus!). Physical Requirements: Able to retrieve and push carts in all weather conditions. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout your shift Able to work in a busy store with lots of customer interaction and interruptions.
