As a Bistro Food and Beverage Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service within our dining environment. This position includes a variety of responsibilities, such as kitchen support, food preparation, and serving customers, and bartending all while ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere. You will collaborate closely with front desk personnel to provide high-quality food and beverage experiences. Key Responsibilities: Food Prep & Cooking: Prepare and cook food to standards. Serving & Bartending: Take orders, serve food and beverages. Cleanliness: Maintain a clean kitchen and service area. Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff for smooth operations. Inventory Management: Stock and manage supplies. Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers, enhancing their experience. Compliance: Follow all safety and company guidelines. Perform other job-related duties as assigned Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food & beverage preparation, techniques and safety standards preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential.
