An Inspector evaluates the work activities of the housekeeping team by assessing the cleanliness of guestrooms, bathrooms, and public areas, ensuring that the property is consistently presented in a clean and well-maintained condition for every guest. Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure standards are met and exceeded. Communicate with management of issues within guest rooms or public space areas. Looking for patterns and assisting in the coaching/training process of Room Attendants as directed by the Department Manager. Support Room Attendants as needed in ensuring they have the appropriate supplies and tools necessary to do their job. Communicate closely with the Front Desk as to the status of rooms and guest requests to ensure guest satisfaction Other job-related duties, as assigned. Requirements Exceptional attention to detail is required to ensure perfection in the inspection of guest rooms and public spaces. Basic computer skills are essential. The ability to coach and train fellow associates is necessary. Proven ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and perform well under pressure.
