ABOUT US:

The Accounting Clerk is a detail oriented who will manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring efficient processing of invoices and hotel deposits. With strong administrative and communication skills, you will play a key role in our financial operations. You will also assist the Property Accountant with various administrative tasks, including human resources and payroll administration, while maintaining confidentiality.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Accounts Management: Efficiently manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and deposits. This may include making calls to new and outstanding accounts to keep the AR Aging lin within corporate standards.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to the Property Accountant, including with human resources, payroll tasks and other duties as needed.
  • Communication: Engage with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner and participate in credit meetings to discuss account statuses.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain organized filing systems for direct billing and assist with the accurate adminstration of accounts.
  • Confidentiality: Handle and manage confidential information with integrity, ensuring the security of proprietary and trade secret information.
