Job Description Associa is hiring aCovenants Administrator for its large scale HOA community inPrince William County. The Covenants Administrator oversees the enforcement of the community’s governing documents, ensuring that all residents comply with established rules, architectural standards, and maintenance requirements. This role leads covenant enforcement activities, manages inspection schedules, supports the Architectural Review Committee (ARC), and promotes a fair, consistent, and community focused approach to compliance. Duties included but are not limited to: Conduct routine and special inspections to identify violations, maintenance issues, and compliance concerns. Issue notices, track violations, manage timelines, and ensure consistent application of HOA rules. Respond to homeowner inquiries, explain policies, and provide guidance on compliance requirements. Process ARC applications, verify completeness, coordinate with committee members, and track approvals. Maintain accurate records, prepare violation reports, and present updates to the Board. Apply Covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs), community bylaws, and HOA rules consistently while offering clarity to residents and board members. Guide covenant officers or assistants, ensuring consistent enforcement practices. Promote a positive, solutions oriented approach to compliance and resident engagement. While the list above is an extensive list of job responsibilities it is expected that the individual in this position is hands on and flexible in performing, assisting, and/or supervising any necessary task that is requested by our client and/or Associa. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Highschool diploma or GED equivalent is required. Experience in property management or HOA administration preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with HOA software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative board environment. Knowledge of HOA laws, CC&Rs, and community governance is a plus.
