Justteachers are seeking a dedicated and confident Cover Supervisor to join a dynamic secondary school in Doncaster from September 2025. This full-time position offers the chance to work closely with students across a range of year groups and subjects, providing essential support in the absence of teaching staff. For the right candidate, there is potential for the role to become permanent.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You’ll be expected to manage classroom behaviour, deliver pre-set work, and ensure students remain engaged and focused. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates considering a career in teaching, experienced support staff looking for progression, or individuals with a passion for education.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum of GCSEs (including English and Maths); A-Levels or degree desirable
· Previous experience working with young people (e.g. in schools, youth work, tutoring)
· Strong classroom management and communication skills
· Ability to build rapport with students and staff
· A genuine interest in education and student development
· Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
