Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Wakefield

Now Education have partnered with a large secondary academy in the Wakefield area to support their schools with daily, short-term and long-term cover. Training and candidate development will be provided for the right candidate with a reputable consultant who has a history to mentoring candidates within the education sector.
This role is perfect for University students with part-time availability!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar educational role are desirable, yet not essential as training will be provided.
  • Confident & approachable personality.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings and subjects.
  • A commitment to supporting students’ learning and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
