Vision for Education is seeking a confident, proactive, and motivated Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming secondary school in Boston. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in education, particularly those considering a future career in teaching.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain engaged, focused, and respectful throughout the day. You will support students across a range of subjects and year groups, helping to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for the position of Cover Supervisor you will:

• Be passionate about supporting students and fostering a positive classroom environment
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be proactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Have a willingness to learn and develop within the education sector
• Previous experience working with young people (desired but not essential)
