  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Psychology lessons in line with the British Curriculum (e.g., Cambridge/Edexcel/AQA).
  • Develop lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
  • Use a range of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Encourage critical thinking, research, and analysis among students.
  • Design, administer, and grade assignments, tests, and examinations.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of student achievement, progress, and behavior.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and contribute to parent-teacher meetings.
  • Support students in developing study skills, research techniques, and exam strategies.
  • Guide and mentor students preparing for IGCSE, AS, and A-Level Psychology examinations.
  • Foster interest in psychology through debates, discussions, and real-life case studies.
  • Encourage students to apply psychological concepts to everyday life and future career paths.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the Psychology curriculum.
  • Select and develop appropriate teaching materials, digital tools, and resources.
  • Integrate cross-curricular links and ensure lessons are relevant and engaging.
