Raytheon is seeking a Deployment Program Manager for the Coyote Block 3 Plus (CB3+) Loitering Munition. This role sits at the intersection of strategic logistics leadership and operational sustainment intensity. You will deliver critical support across lifecycle phases, oversee asset visibility, accountability, and ensure mission success through adherence to DoD policy and industry best practices. Your leadership will make an impact in dynamic environments where readiness and precision matter.
To be successful, you will need to collaborate closely with the team both internally and externally to include other industry partners, key suppliers and government stakeholders. Additionally, due to the urgency and quick turn nature of the program the ideal candidate would have experience in fielding and deployment of weapon systems, preferably Loitering Effects. Qualitative talents that would be important in this environment are being comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, being adaptable to change and the ability to manage risk.

QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 5 years of experience is required
  • Experience as a CAM or EVMS experience on a program
  • Experience with cost‑plus contract execution and CDRL deliveries
  • Proposal experience
  • Experience managing schedule, budget, and staffing and overseeing subcontractor performance on a program

QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER

  • Familiarity with Field Service Rep deployments in CONUS and OCONUS locations
  • Familiarity or experience managing a repair program as a senior IPTL or PM to meet program operational availability and mission assurance objectives.
  • Previous experience with new product integration in a DOD logistics environment
  • Familiarity of US Navy or as like supply systems, requisitioning processes, and munitions handling
  • History of interactions with government customers, internal and external suppliers & executive leadership to achieve alignment

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Responsibility for financial, schedule, and technical performance of the program
  • Coordination of suppliers/teammates for effective execution
  • Multidisciplinary team leadership, strategy development, internal and external program reviews, program execution assessments through direct customer engagement, proposal preparation, supplier management, program management status reporting, and generation of work authorizations (IOTs), statements of work (SOWs), and specifications
  • Align the priorities and provide clear direction; actively manage risk mitigation, cost savings and schedule mitigation strategies
  • Serve as the day-to-day interface for detailed status and technical performance
  • Must anticipate and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction and continued business based on sound weapons technical experience and contract execution
  • Direct the performance of program task elements such as engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, contracts, finance, and administrative functions in the execution of required gate reviews and financial activities as well as program execution
  • Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed
