We are a small, collaborative team in a Boutique-style firm operating in an association of Chartered Professional Accountants. Our culture is unique, in that we don’t have a traditional hierarchical structure, and we are looking for a Designated CPA that will provide oversight and guidance, that is also willing to be in the trenches with the team.

REQUIREMENTS:

· CPA Designation
· Experience with Farm Accounting
· Review Engagement Experience
· Excellent Customer Service, Interpersonal and Communication Skills
· Strong Accounting Knowledge
· Corporate & Personal Tax Experience
· Team player and Conscientious worker
· Self-motivated, with the Ability to work Independently
· Detail Orientated with Accuracy
· Proficiency in Accounting software including: QuickBooks, Sage, CaseWare, Profile and Excel

· Client Service and Communication
· Prepare Financial Documents including Tax Returns, Budget Reports and Financial Statements
· Farm Accounting, Estate Accounting and Personal and Corporate Tax Returns
· File Review
· Prepare/review Review Engagements
· Manage Financial Information for Clients and provide Advice
