We are looking for a Combination Product Assembly (CPA) & Packaging Compliance Manager who is organized, quality-focused, and a strong leader to join our team Pharma Manufacturing, based at our UCB campus in Braine, Belgium.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a CPA & Packaging Compliance Manager, you will lead and support the compliance team to ensure production activities meet GMP, HSE regulations, and infrastructure maintenance standards. You will oversee documentation management, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Ensure compliance with GMP and HSE regulations in production units
• Manage deviations, complaints, investigations, and associated CAPAs
• Oversee documentation and training programs
• Support audits and inspections, maintaining permanent inspection readiness
• Develop continuous improvement initiatives using operational excellence methodologies
• Maintain building infrastructure and coordinate related works
• Support HSE initiatives and promote a safer, greener work environment
• Lead and align your team with departmental goals and company values

INTERESTED? FOR THIS ROLE, WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

• Master’s degree
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations in pharmaceutical packaging and production
• Excellent organizational and quality-focused skills
• Proficiency in document management and optimization tools (6 Sigma, Trackwise, Veeva)
• Effective communication and team leadership abilities
