SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to critically think through complex problems;
• Strong GPA with preference to completion of intermediate and advanced accounting courses.

• Prepare compilation, review and audit engagements;
• Prepare corporate and personal tax returns;
• Management of cloud-based accounting program, Xero;
• Bookkeeping and preparing payroll;
• Preparing GST/PST returns;
• Participate in internal and external training;
• Interact with clients;
• Add valuable input to partners and managers.
