Company Description Our client, a boutique tax firm serving clients from many professions and fields that focuses on complex tax issues, is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join their growing establishment. Their focus is serving clients for all their tax needs in addition to being a trusted advisor. Job Description Review (and prepare, if desired) tax returns of varying complexities for businesses, individuals, and trusts/ estates. Research tax questions as necessary. Act as primary contact for client communication, manage relationships, and provide timely, high quality client service. Collaborate effectively and efficiently with all firm employees. Represent clients in communications with the IRS and other tax agencies. Qualifications Required Qualifications: CPA 5+ years of recent experience in public accounting (tax). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to review complex tax returns, particularly business and fiduciary returns. Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with Lacerte Tax software. Experience with tax planning for equity compensation (ISOs, NSOs, RSUs, ESPP).
