POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented CPAP Specialist to join our team. This role combines customer service and healthcare support, focusing on patient education, equipment setup, and ongoing therapy assistance. The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with patients, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to improving quality of life through sleep therapy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous CPAP or respiratory care experience is an asset, but full training will be provided.
  • Background in healthcare, medical devices, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computers and CPAP software an advantage.
  • Empathetic, patient-focused, and able to support individuals adjusting to therapy.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients and provide a friendly, supportive clinic experience.

  • Track and review therapy compliance data with patients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Stay current with CPAP equipment, mask options, and new technology.
