Job Summary The CPC Manager oversees daily back-room operations for one of our store locations. They lead a small team ensuring the smooth operational flow of the store. They are responsible for coordinating freight, receiving inventory, listing products, shipping products, and various other logistics operations. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and the ability to ensure their direct reports hit required KPIs. They will also work with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and launching new processes while aligning with company strategy. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inbound freight ensuring the receive lines do not go idle or have a receive backlog more than four days. Ensure items are lotted and put away to meet the operations plan for number of auctions listed per day. Ensure auctions items are placed in customer pick up locations two business days prior to pick up. Ensure auctions lotted for other locations are shipped in a timely manner to ensure they are in a customer pick up location two days prior to pick up.
