This role supports the Key Account Manager by ensuring insights and forecasts are aligned with customer expectations, especially during toy seasons. Key Responsibilities: * Collect, analyze, and report sell-out, stock, and catalog performance from department stores. * Build and maintain forecast models, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. * Monitor product rotation and availability, identifying risks of stock-outs or slow-moving SKUs. * Support the KAM in catalog planning, exclusive launches, and seasonal promotional programs. * Provide ROI analysis of promotions and catalog placements. * Prepare commercial presentations and dashboards for negotiations and business reviews. * Ensure timely and accurate delivery of commercial reports and insights to the KAM and channel team.   Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in sales analysis, CPFR, or trade marketing (FMCG or fashion/retail preferred). * Knowledge of department store dynamics (catalogs, seasonal campaigns) is a plus. * Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or Tableau preferred. * English: intermediate.   Skills and Competencies: * Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends from sell-out data. * Understanding of department store commercial cycles and promotional calendars. * Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under strict timelines. * Communication and presentation skills to support sales in negotiations. * Team-oriented mindset, collaborating with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Demand Planning. * Proactivity and problem-solving attitude.   Salary: Standard (Base + Bonus): $28,000 – $38,000 MXN / month + 5–10% annual bonus. Integrated (No Bonus Policy): $30,000 – $42,000 MXN / month.
