Drive sales through strategic partners and achieve/exceed assigned quotas Promote account and annual business planning with ISPs and VADs Lead quarterly business reviews and planning sessions with ISPs and VADs Conduct accurate forecasting and pipeline reviews with ISPs and VADs Execute business development activities and sales campaigns to drive additional sales Develop programs and plans with VADs to recruit, onboard, and grow ISPs to enhance channel capabilities and market coverage Coordinate marketing activities to effectively support sales programs Ensure distribution partners deliver agreed value to the reseller landscape Conduct all business ethically and in accordance with company procedures and guidelines Frequent domestic travel within Japan Over 10 years of experience including sales and management in the software industry Proven track record in channel sales development Experience in channel sales Experience working in multicultural environments is a plus Demonstrated success working across various departments Experience in both partner sales and direct sales is desirable Ability to scale and onboard new partners Ability to revitalize existing channel partners in the region Ability to work in a dynamic environment
