Join Manulife’s dynamic Information Services team and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, fast-paced technology environment. As an intern, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals in product, engineering, and testing teams to support data-driven decision-making and process improvements. Primarily, interns will be providing project management and delivery support, along with a specific target to help automate and standardize predictable processes such as reporting on MOR (Management Operating Review), QIP (Quality Improvement Plan), etc. Position Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams including product, engineering, and testing. Design and develop dashboards, reports, and workflows using Power BI, Power Automate, and Advanced Excel. Assist in building data models and enhancing reporting processes. Prepare documentation, track project items, and create presentations for stakeholders. Contribute innovative ideas to improve existing processes and workflows. Required Qualifications: Strong analytical and communication skills. Able to commit from May 2026 to Aug 2026 Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Interest in product lifecycle and agile development methodologies. Solid problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
