QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently pursuing a STEM Degree, or relevant discipline
  • Experience with digital forms.
  • Hands-on experience or keen interest to learn Power BI for developing landing pages and dashboards.
  • Interest in project management
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting the project & manufacturing team in the setting up of new filling equipment. This position will give you the opportunity to work closely with our Project manager, and site lead to learn the production process while also identifying potential gaps and opportunities.
Develop a landing page and dashboard for project tracking using Power BI Liasing with global development team to develop and maintain digital forms. Collaborate with IT and Lighthouse teams to implement digital solutions. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in production. Review and update existing documents and process maps to ensure they reflect current operations and practices. Supporting site project leads in project IQ/OQ/PQ validation. Collaborate with the OE director and site shift managers to develop and implement a digitalized 6S system that facilitates structured reporting & presentation of progress.
