Description
Responsibilities
Work with Practice Managers to develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program, including policies, procedures and protocols to ensure CQC Compliance.
Conduct regular audits to assess CQC readiness and collaborate with Practice Manager in the Practice to identify key controls, risks, and areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of CQC compliance activities, making full use of Clarity Team Net at Practice Level.
Lead preparation for inspection, ensuring staff in the Practice receive a full brief, with accessible and up-to-date pre-inspection materials.
Project manage CQC projects and initiatives involving clinical and administration staff in the Practice when required.
6.Ensure that, where appropriate, initiatives are supported by a Clinical Champion and Practice Management.
Remain up to date with changes in CQC Audit Legislation and NHS England changes specific to primary care, including tools and technology to improve compliance across the Practice.
Prepare and present reports to deliver to Practice Manager, GP Partners and other Practice Staff.
9.Promote a culture of ethics and integrity, ensuring staff are ware of their compliance obligations.
Deliver complex information in an engaging format.
