What you’ll do We provide 24-hour support to our customers Working closely with the care team to follow support plans and reporting any concerns. Supporting our customers with everyday daily living activities You’ll have plenty of time for cuppas, chats and catch ups, there’s no rushing from one customer to the next here! You have A level 2 or above, or equivalent in social care or being willing to work towards this If you’ve worked in a CQC care setting previously, that would be great! Have a positive, caring can-do attitude, and empathy to really make a difference to our customers lives. Previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively. Knowledge of local community and networks would be brilliant.
