What you’ll do Assist customers with their daily living tasks to develop their independence, achieve their goals aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans Support vulnerable customers in a variety of services Support customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community Why join us This is more than a job, it’s a place where you feel valued. The practical bits Flexible working hours We pay £50 per sleep in shift Confident using technology for plans, online learning and teamwork You need a vehicle and a valid driving licence to travel between services (mileage paid) You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
