What you’ll do Support customers with daily living tasks to build independence and achieve their goals. Help with meals, shopping, budgeting, tenancy, and moving towards independent living. Support customers to attend appointments, hobbies, college or work. Assist with personal care and medication as outlined in support plans. Complete risk assessments, support plans, goals, and reviews. Time for chats, building relationships, and working closely with colleagues. The practical bits Flexible working hours We pay £50 per sleep in shift Confident using technology for plans, online learning and teamwork Vehicle with business insurance needed for travel between services - mileage paid. You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
