Vitality24 Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced CQC Registered Business Manager to lead the launch and growth of our specialist care services across England. We are not a traditional domiciliary care provider — our focus will be on Complex Care, Specialist Nurse-Led Packages and Live-In Care tailored to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs, and other complex conditions.

As the Registered Business Manager, you will:

• Lead the setup, registration and mobilisation of new CQC-regulated services
• Ensure compliance with all CQC fundamental standards and regulations
• Manage end-to-end operations, including staff onboarding, service delivery, audits, and governance
• Develop and embed robust quality assurance frameworks
• Work closely with our senior clinical team to deliver safe, person-centred care
• Support business growth by achieving key KPIs (e.g. GP targets, capacity building, quality ratings)
• Drive internal culture around continuous improvement and high standards
• Oversee large-scale care packages including Live-In and 24/7 nurse-led support
