REGISTERED MANAGER – CQC CARE & SUPPORTED ACCOMMODATION – UP TO £36,000

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Manager to oversee multiple regulated services across our supported accommodation settings. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to drive high-quality care, ensure compliance with CQC standards, and make a real difference in the lives of the individuals we support.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the services under your management. You will:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations across several homes, ensuring outstanding care delivery
  • Uphold and exceed Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards
  • Oversee safeguarding, compliance, and quality assurance across services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of individuals
  • Provide strong leadership to house leads and staff teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Work collaboratively with external agencies, local authorities, and families to ensure person-centred outcomes

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all services meet CQC requirements and regulatory standards
  • Prepare for and lead inspections and audits (CQC, H&S, HR, safeguarding, data protection)
  • Maintain robust safeguarding frameworks and risk management systems
  • Lead supervision, appraisals, and performance management for staff teams
  • Monitor quality of care through audits, feedback, and performance data
  • Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources responsibly
  • Drive ongoing staff training, development, and professional growth
  • Build strong relationships with individuals, families, and external stakeholders
