THIS MANAGER’S ROLE IS EXCITING AS IT ALLOWS THE RIGHT PERSON TO BE INVOLVES THE OPENING OF FUTURE SUPPORTED LIVING HOMES, MANAGING AN ALREADY DEDICATED CARE TEAM AND SUPPORTING SERVICE USERS WHO ARE COMMITTED TO THEIR MENTAL HEALTH RECOVERY.
Our Supported Living homes are in Smethwick and we are proud of our outcome focused provision. We support adults with eating disorders, and other mental health disorders to improve their independence and social inclusion. We adopt a person centred approach whereby the personal needs and goals of the people we support are at the centre of everything we do. We have a robust transitional plan in place to ensure that care for our service users are seamless. Care plans are individualised and person centred. This is the heart and centre of what we do.
