JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our care company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare management, with specific experience in domiciliary care, assisted living and complex care environments. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to develop and implement care plans, and a commitment to providing high-quality care for service users, including those with dementia and Alzheimer’s. The Registered Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a compassionate and supportive atmosphere for both staff and service users.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a management role within a domiciliary care, assisted living or complex care setting is essential.
  • Background in nursing or senior care is highly desirable.
  • Experience in developing care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with a focus on leadership and team development.
  • Familiarity with dementia and Alzheimer’s care practices is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage positively with residents, families, and staff alike.
