How you make a difference The CQI Coordinator will support the Director of Continuous Quality Improvement in overseeing the Mortality and Morbidity Review program by coordinating and tracking its activities. This includes identifying opportunities for process improvement and assisting in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure effective communication and implementation of quality improvement measures. Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Experience Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio and Outlook. Key Responsibilities Tracks and maintains a log of all mortalities, ensuring timely receipt of required documents and communication with facilities. Coordinates and schedules Mortality and Morbidity Review program, including preliminary calls with appropriate staff, distribution of necessary paperwork, and maintenance of up-to-date files and documentation. Assists in tracking Peer Reviews and communicates with relevant staff regarding due dates. Takes meeting minutes for Home Office CQI Committee and other committees as needed.
