About HeyMilo HeyMilo is building AI interviewers that automate and improve hiring through conversational AI. We work closely with companies to bring AI into real hiring workflows. The Role We’re hiring a cracked solutions engineer to work on special projects. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer needs. You’ll own how HeyMilo is applied in different environments and help shape solutions from idea to implementation. What you’ll do Work closely with customers to understand workflows and requirements Design and build prototypes to solve real-world problems Translate business needs into technical solutions Work across APIs, integrations, and system design Collaborate with engineering to turn solutions into production systems What we’re looking for Strong technical background and ability to code when needed Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering Heavy user of AI tools to move fast (Cursor, Claude, Codex, etc.) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to operate in ambiguity and move quickly Comfortable working under pressure and tight timelines Bonus Experience with enterprise deployments or integrations Familiarity with telephony or voice AI systems Why join Work on high-impact problems across customers and product High visibility and ownership Fast-paced, execution-driven environment Competitive pay, benefits, and RRSP match

Responsibilities
