Earn up to an additional $4/hour Driver Safety Bonus paid out quarterly for meeting company performance standards. 4 day workweek - working any 4 days Monday - Friday: work schedule for that perfect work-life balance. Your Quest: Safely & courteously deliver beverage products to accounts. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues. Accurately follow paperwork procedures and execute cash management duties. Protect the company's assets by maintaining organized, safe, and clean vehicles, always complying with the company’s safety and security standards. Adhere to all safety requirements particular to the equipment, including DOT safety regulations. Immediately report accident, equipment malfunction and DMV or Traffic Violations. Ensure cargo is secured properly and compliant with safety requirements. Maintain truck and related equipment is in clean good working condition. Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions. Effective communication skills to charm customers and teammates. Must have a valid unexpired driver's license with a clean MVR record. Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and a master of defensive driving. Ability to add, subtract, and appreciate the decimals in a good beer. Excellent customer relation skills that would make a knight proud. Independence to conquer your deliveries with finesse. Ability to communicate with supervisor, Company Sales Representatives, current and prospective customers on a professional level. Must willing and able to take and pass a pre-employment drug test. Essential Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
