A Supervisor needs to be able to step up and lead in the Managers absence. Frequent tasks include placing orders, driving sales, maintaining high standards of organisation, presentation and service, delegating and more, whilst also showing a good knowledge of craft beer.
Previous supervisory or managerial experience preferred but not essential. Successful candidates can expect a rewarding career with opportunities to develop in a rapidly growing company.
