We are actively searching for a Construction/Craft Recruiter to add to the team to support all of our market areas including mining, transportation, oil/gas/chemical, power, industrial facilities, buildings, and water/wastewater, building iconic projects throughout North America. QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience recruiting craft professionals in Infrastructure Construction (Equipment Operators, Carpenters, Pipe-layers, Concrete Finishers, welders, riggers, etc.)
- Experience supporting the US in craft hiring is preferred
- Agility and creativity in sourcing strategies and ability to pivot as necessary to support new market areas.
- Utilize a key eye for detail working with all systems to provide accuracy.
- Experience in some or all the following markets preferred: Oil and gas/petrochemical, industrial facility, mining, infrastructure, transportation, power, water, and wastewater markets)
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a demanding environment and manage high volume recruitment (20-30 hires per week).
- Human Resources knowledge such as EEOC, FLSA, diversity recruiting and interview best practices.
- Knowledge of union and non-union craft management practices.
- Experience working in ATS systems required; (Success Factors is preferred)
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment,
- Demonstrate the ability to be initiative-taking, proactively reaching out to construction teams and leaders to move the hiring process forward.
- Proven performance in sourcing, screening, interviewing, developing offers and closing deals
- Excellent communication and people skills, outstanding customer service and critical thinking skills
