We’re hiring an experienced Craft Laborer who knows how a job site works, takes pride in doing things right, and can handle a variety of self-perform tasks without constant supervision. Role Summary This is a full-time, field-based position working on active job sites across the Denver metro area. You’ll support tenant improvement projects by self-performing work, assisting subcontractors, maintaining job site standards, and helping keep projects on schedule through execution of your role. Responsibilities Self-perform a wide range of construction and maintenance tasks Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized Support and coordinate with subcontractor crews Assist with material handling, deliveries, and logistics Complete punch list and closeout work Read basic plans, specs, and punch lists Identify and address minor field issues before they become problems Represent Sprink professionally on site and in public Self-Perform Work Includes Site cleanup and material handling Light to moderate demolition Hand and power tool operation Construction equipment/tool delivery Power washing/ window cleaning Installation of specialties, signage fire extinguishers, and other job specific components Light painting Ceiling tile repair and replacement Flooring touch-ups Minor plumbing and general trade support Punch list and closeout tasks Qualifications 3–5+ years of commercial construction or facilities maintenance experience Experience with tenant improvements or interior build-outs OSHA 10 or 30 preferred Able to work independently and stay productive Strong attention to detail and work quality Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded Valid driver’s license and insurance Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work all day Pay & Benefits ~$30+/hour depending on experience, plus bonus potential Company vehicle 401(k) with employer match Paid vacation Branded Sprink gear to be provided, including work pants and Steel toe work boots Health insurance (100% paid for employee; partial for dependents) Short- and long-term disability Optional dental and vision $1,500 signing bonus after 90 days
