Description CRAFT Tampa Bay! Craft is an upscale European style dining vessel seating up to 150 guests with indoor, outdoor with bar seating options. This beautiful 130-foot vessel will be conveniently docked near Sparkman Wharf and will offer premium dining experiences while cruising along the Hillsborough River and passing beneath the low bridges. With an elevated food menu and craft cocktails this is a unique experience unlike any other in Florida. We are the first dining vessel in the United States with an open kitchen concept and the ONLY dining vessel in the United States cooking with gas equipment. Craft will provide amazing brunch and dinner cruises right in the heart of Tampa Bay! Cruise like you are in Europe. No passport required! Come Aboard! We are looking for energetic and passionate team members with a desire to grow, have fun, challenge themselves and join us in creating a wonderful guest experience. Craft will elevate the work experience like no other restaurant can. The River Journey Dishwashers ensure that wares for the front and back of the house are clean and sanitized. Duties and Responsibilities Wash all wares including pots, pans, flatware and glasses either by hand or using dishwashers. Correctly place and store clean equipment, dishes and utensils in assigned storage areas. Stock serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils. Clean trash receptacles with water or steam. Move dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to work area by hand or using hand trucks. May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed. Ensure work areas remain safe, clean and orderly, adhering to all company, local and state guidelines regarding health, safety and sanitation. Perform other related duties as assigned. Subsidized downtown parking Requirements Required Skills and Abilities Understand and follow directions. Understand and meet restaurant standards for health, safety and excellence. Remain alert and focused in an environment that is noisy and fast-paced. Work effectively with kitchen staff. Detail-oriented and thorough. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Education and Experience Previous experience as a restaurant dishwasher required. Must successfully complete Craft training course. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing and working in a kitchen. Must be able to lift, balance and carry products weighing up to 25 pounds. Must be able to work aboard a boat that is away from dock for several hours at a time. Exposure to extreme heat, steam and cold present in a kitchen environment. Must be able to bend, stoop, and wipe frequently. Must frequently immerse hands in water. Must be able to work in a hot and damp environment.
