Love being active, playing sports, as well as spending time outside RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks that involves the following skills: Carpentry (doors, trim, cabinetry, framing, etc.) Plumbing (small repairs and installs, etc. ) Electrical (outlet/switch replacement, light fixture installation, etc.) Drywall (repairs, finish, etc.) Painting (interior, exterior, etc.) Tile (flooring, shower, backsplash, etc.) Flooring (tile, floating, hardwood, etc.) Handyman repairs and maintenance tasks Work with customer to deliver excellent work and customer satisfaction Maintain clean and safe job site, work vehicle and shop Accurately manage job related tasks, materials, and paperwork Communicate and coordinate with office on job schedules Follow company procedures and guidelines Assist in other company business related activities. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: 10+ years of home repair and remodel field experience Multi-skilled in various trades.
