Description
We are seeking experienced Crane Operators to operate heavy-duty cranes ranging from 100 to 300 tons capacity. The operator will be responsible for safely lifting, moving, and positioning heavy materials and equipment at construction, industrial, or oil & gas sites while following safety regulations and company procedures. Key Responsibilities: Operate mobile cranes (100–300 ton capacity) safely and efficiently. Perform lifting operations according to approved lifting plans and load charts. Inspect crane equipment daily before operation (pre-start checks). Ensure proper rigging, load stability, and safe lifting practices. Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, and supervisors during lifting operations. Monitor crane stability, ground conditions, and weather conditions. Report any mechanical faults or safety concerns immediately. Maintain crane cleanliness and basic preventive maintenance. Follow all site safety rules and company HSE policies. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience operating cranes between 100–300 tons capacity. Valid crane operator license/certification. Good knowledge of crane load charts and lifting procedures. Ability to read and understand lifting plans. Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations. Physically fit and medically cleared to operate heavy equipment. Good communication skills.
