Crane Operator / CDL Driver – Commercial Roofing Boone Brothers Roofing, a Nations Roof Company Boone Brothers Roofing, a Nations Roof Company—and one of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the U.S.—is seeking a Crane Operator / CDL Driver to support our commercial construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring the safe lifting, transport, and placement of materials on job sites and rooftops. Crane experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train candidates with strong heavy equipment experience who are eager to learn. Key Responsibilities: * Safely operate a crane to lift and place roofing materials on commercial job sites * Drive company CDL vehicles to transport materials and equipment * Load and unload materials using a crane, forklift, or other equipment * Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment * Set up and operate crane equipment in compliance with safety standards * Assist with material handling and general job site support as needed * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment * Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies Requirements: * Valid CDL (Class A or B preferred) with a clean driving record * Experience operating heavy equipment (required) * Crane operator experience preferred, but willingness to learn is essential * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions * Strong attention to safety and detail * Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented * Ability to lift and move materials as needed What We Offer: * Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) * Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k) * Steady, year-round work * Paid time off after 90 days * Paid training and certification opportunities (including crane operation) * Career growth opportunities within a nationwide company Apply today to build a career operating heavy equipment with a company that invests in your training and long-term success.
